Temper control.............!!!

There once was a little boy who had a bad temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the fence.
The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily, gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence. Finally the day came when the boy didn’t lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.
The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence. He said “you have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one.”
You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. It won’t matter how many times you say I’m sorry, the wound is still there.
Make sure you control your temper the next time you are tempted to say something you will regret later.

To Let Gooooooooooo.................!!!

To let go does not mean to stop caring, it means I can’t do it for someone else....

To let go is not to cut myself off, it’s the realization that I can’t control another.....

To let go is not to enable, but to allow learning from natural consequences.......

To let go is to admit powerlessness, which means the outcome is not in my hands......

To let go is not to try to change or blame another, it’s to make the most of myself.........

To let go is not to care for, but to care about.....

To let go is not to fix, but to be supportive......

To let go is not to judge, but to allow another to be a human being......

To let go is not to be in the middle arranging all the outcomes, but to allow others to affect their own destinies.....

To let go is not to be protective, it’s to permit another to face reality......

To let go is not to criticize, or regulate anyone, but to try to become what I dream I can do.......

To let go is to fear less, and to love more.....

Windows Phone 7 Review: Ladies and Gentlemen, We Have Ourselves a Race.................!!!

Let's just get it out of the way: Windows Phone 7 is the most exciting thing to happen to phones in a long time.

Why it matters:

There's a million reasons why Windows Phone 7 matters. It's the most important PC company in the world, battered, bruised and badly lagging, coming back to the next generation of PCs, after crashing on a bunch of rocks and abandoning ship. It's potentially the most tectonic shift in mobile since the launch of iPhone and Android. It's Microsoft starting over and betting massively on its future. It's a very different kind of Microsoft product. It could be the beginning of something truly great.

Using it:

Windows Phone 7 is the most aggressively different, fresh approach to a phone interface since the iPhone. Everything is superflat and two dimensional. Ultra-basic squares, primary colors and lists. Fonts are gigantic and clean, white text on an almost universally black void. It's fluid. This spartan nature is emblematic of the entire OS, for better and for worse. You don't get a lot of choices; there are no custom ringtones, for instance. It just is how it is. And while it looks and feels very different in some regards, it's still uncanny just how deeply inspired Windows Phone is by the iPhone in its philosophy, versus anything else Microsoft or anybody else has made.
The interface is oriented around three core concepts:
Hubs Essentially panoramic apps that span multiple screens. Ironically, what really proves the Hub concept works are the third-party apps that use it. It works perfectly with Twitter, Netflix, Foursquare and Facebook, swiping over a screen to get to mentions, or to see your friends checkins.
Live Tiles These are the home screen's icons, and they update with fresh info like email counts. But the Tiles don't do quite enough to function as full-fledged widgets—the weather Tile, for instance, doesn't show the weather.
The App Bar a semi-persistent menu/taskbar that hides deeper actions—like starting a new email or switching tabs in Internet Explorer. It's a necessarily evil, given how radically Microsoft has reduced the onscreen UI.
Windows Phone strikes the best balance of any smartphone between web-oriented and local storage, using the cloud for info like contacts and apps, tying itself to a PC (or Mac, with a basic client) only for big updates, music and video syncing. Contacts from Facebook and Google beam in, sync and integrate perfectly. Finding your lost phone, photo uploading and note syncing is built-in, automatic and free.
The core OS is very, very good, if embryonic in some ways, much like the original iPhone. It's really up to the apps to make Windows Phone usable. Microsoft won't have 250,000 at launch, but true to their word, it seems like they'll have a lot of what's needed, with the early launch apps feeling great. That said, it's still way too tricky to find things, especially given there ain't that much in the store yet. It could be the best platform launch yet.

Like:

The most polished UI this side of the iPhone: It just feels amazing, even if it is missing some things like copy and paste (coming next year, supposedly). A nearly perfect melange of Microsoft services—Bing (Maps and Search), Zune, Xbox Live, Office—in a cohesive, logical and typically beautiful way. (Though the more tied into Microsoft you are, the better experience you'll have, like Google and Android.) Native apps are almost gratutiously tasty eye candy. The keyboard is boss. Outlook mail app looks and works fantastically. Zune streams over the air. Even IE doesn't suck, though anything that renders poorly in desktop IE will also do so on the phone.

Dislike:

Remember how iTunes wasn't so bad, and then Apple kept pinning on feature after feature, bloating it into a massive, disgusting corpus? Yeah, well, the Zune desktop client is slowly meeting the same fate now that's it used to sync your phone and as the browser for the app marketplace.
And in pursuit of a stark aesthetic, there's a radical reduction of elements on a WP7 screen: The home screen, for example, only fits eight tiles at once. So to get to something else, you've gotta swipe a mile or two. (The iPhone gives you access to 20 items; Android 2.2, up to 19.) No universal search to call up apps. No singular email app: Every email account creates its own tile, which sucks when real estate is so valuable. Browsing for apps is the single most painful experience of Windows Phone. Stumbling upon Netflix felt like a happy accident after 10 minutes of flipping through apps to see what was new. Loading app lists takes forever, and it's the one time the phone ever becomes totally nonresponsive. Annoying "Resuming..." screen pops up any time you lock the phone with an app open and then turn the screen back on. Sometimes the whole app reloads. It's highly annoying, like hitting a speed bump in a Ferrari. No multi-tasking.

The Verdict:

Windows Phone 7 is really great. A solid foundation, it's elegant and joyful. True, a lot of that greatness is potential. But if anybody can follow through on their platform, it's Microsoft. Should you buy this instead of an iPhone or Android phone though? In six months, after the ecosystem has filled out, the answer will be more clear. But right now, Window Phone is definitely an option. Considering where Microsoft was just a year ago, that's saying a hell of a lot.

Enough Running.................(Face Your Problems...... Face Your Fears...)!!! { story }

Is there something difficult in your life that you tend not to talk about??

Is there something, buried deep inside of you, that you never want to dig it out and you let it lay there and fester and grow inside of you like a bad disease?

There are so many people who run from their problems. They run and run and never face them. They run from people that they do not like or have harmed them in some way, or avoid places that may trigger a reaction and bring up bad memories. And the big one that people run from, is the past.

Instead of dealing with these issues, people take the easy way out and ride down the comfortable path called "Least Resistance."

Do you know when you face these problems in your life and attack them head on, you become stronger and you will grow spiritually??

Do you know when you face your fears, those fears (most of them) go away??

If you want to lead a great, healthy, happy life for yourself, with values and hopes and dreams, you must first get rid of that heavy baggage you carry around inside of you...Just drop it off and never pick it back up again.

Every time this uncomfortable situation comes up in your life, do not bury your head in the sand. Greet the problem head on and with a positive mindset and you will realize that the huge problem that has been beating you up mentally, for so long and so many years, was just a figment of your imagination. It was never real to begin with and certainly will never hurt you.

Live free of mental anguish...

Live free of anxieties of what you think is going to happen...

Live free from the fears of the unknown...

Live free from something that happened so long ago and has been keeping you chained down for years, stuck from forward progression....

Let it all go...

Declare freedom from all of this and watch your life flourish with healthy positive faith filled thoughts.

Happiness is right around the corner peeking it's head out at you. Go get him and welcome him into your heart. Hasn't it been long enough??

May God bless you and every person that you touch in life.

Western Digital releases 2.5TB and 3TB internal hard drives in India........!!!

Western Digital has released 2.5TB and 3TB versions of the WD Caviar Green in India, priced at Rs. 8,300 and Rs. 10,700 respectively. The two drives feature the WD's GreenPower Technology, which will apparently reduce power consumption, lower operating temperatures, increase reliability, and decrease acoustical noise.

Designed as "next-generation PC storage" for 64-bit operating systems, the WD Caviar Green 2.5TB and 3TB hard drives can also be used as secondary external storage in "legacy 32-bit systems" . The drives come bundled with a Advanced Host Controller Interface (AHCI)-compliant Host Bus Adapter (HBA), which apparenlty enable the operating system to use a known driver with correct support for large capacity drives, and solve the previous 2.19 TB drive barrier, on Windows 7 and Vista operating systems.

Microsoft takes on Google Apps with Office 365 cloud service.........!!!

Microsoft has announced a new cloud service, called Office 365, which will include various Office desktop software as well Office Web Apps, online at www.office365.com. The service will also include SharePoint, Exchange and Lync. It will officially go online next year, though beta testing opens now.

The hosted software for business is not free, and is available for small businesses, professionals and small companies with fewer than 25 employees, starting from $6 per user per month. This will include only web-based Office software. Office 365 for enterprises for midsize and large businesses, will start at $2 per user per month for basic e-mail, ranging up to $24 per user per month for the complete deal, including the full Office Professional Plus desktop suite, communications server tools, online versions of the desktop software, voicemail, enterprise social networking, instant messaging, Sharepoint, Exchange, Web portals, extranets, voice conferencing, Web conferencing, 24x7 phone support, and on-premises licenses.

The platform will apparently work across multiple devices, and will introduce great new collaborative as well as security features. It is expected to include Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online soon. Microsoft is obviously taking on Google Apps, and to be fair, Google offers a free service for consumers and small businesses with Google Docs and Gmail. Google Apps also has a paid business version, for $50 per user per year. Microsoft previously retailed its Business Productivity Online Suite for $120 per user per year, so the varying price points for different sizes of businesses.

According to Microsoft Office president Kurt DelBene:
"Moving to the cloud with Office 365 means people don’t have to change the way they work, because [the suite] works with the most popular browsers, smartphones and desktop applications people use today."
“With Office 365, your local bakery can get enterprise-calibre software and services for the first time, while a multinational pharmaceutical company can reduce costs and more easily stay current with the latest innovations. People can focus on their business, while we and our partners take care of the technology."

Sony Ericsson introduces a 16.4MP cameraphone, the Cyber-shot S006......!!! { watch out }

Sony Ericsson has released a Cyber-shot phone with a 16.4MP CMOS sensor on the popular Japanese carrier KDDI. Called the Cyber-shot S006, the latest Sony Ericsson phone is definitely attempting to wrest the crown from Nokia N8 – the reigning cameraphone. Of course, in the world of digital cameras, it is a long accepted fact that megapixels don’t always mean everything in image quality. The N8’s extra large sensor pixels do help, as well as the 28mm wide angle lens.

The Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot S006 has an ISO sensitivity of 12800, a 3.3-inch capacitive touchscreen, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, FM radio, and inbuilt-GPS. The S006 would be sporting SE’s proprietary OS, of which there are no real details, just like the phone’s global pricing and availability.

Google Chrome 7 Now Available...........!!!

It was just a short while back that we announced the release of Google Chrome 6, and already we see the 7th version available in the stable channel. This is only to be expected as Google had shortened the release cycles of Google Chrome so that a new version would come out every 6 weeks. As Google explained, this is to ensure that you don't have to wait long to get new features, and even if Google is unable to get a feature finished in time, it will only be another 6 weeks before you can get it with the next version.
Yes, that means a new major version increment every 6 weeks! Or 8 major versions a year, or by this time next year you will be using Chrome 15. Google, the ones who kept GMail in beta for half a decade, really don't care about version numbers.
While Mozilla was first in implementing the HTML5 parser in their Firefox 4 betas, Google Chrome 7 is now the first browser to bring this to users in a release version. Another new feature in Chrome 7 is directory upload support. So soon you will be able to upload your entire collection of image at once instead of selecting them one at a time.
Google Chrome 7 also includes the FileAPI, which will allow web applications to open local files. This will allow JavaScript applications to open a local file and edit it straight in the browser without sending it to the server. So an image editing application implemented in HTML5 could load a local image, work on it locally and save it locally without needing any data to be transferred to the server. This combined with offline applications support essentially means that you could have full-fledged desktop-like applications working in your browser.
If you have Google Chrome installed on your computer it should automatically update to the latest version. If you're using a beta / dev version you should have already moved up to Google Chrome 8.

Two Words.......!!! { story }

I saw a movie last night, and in it was a statement about two words. They are the two simple words, "if" and "what"...

These two words by themselves are very innocent and really can be implemented in many sentences and questions, but if you put them together, it forms a very powerful question...

What If??

This question is the very question that can and will bring you back to a certain instance in your life where you made a choice. A choice that you may not be happy with today and often think about why you did it, but discovered you settled on it because of one of two reasons...

You settled on that decision because it was the easier path to travel at that specific moment in your life, or you did not think that you could take the other choice because of fear of failure or what other people would think.

Now, years later you think about that one specific choice or choices you have made in you life and your mind and thoughts start to take aim at your decision...

You have an inner battle with yourself and contemplate if you had that decision again, what would you do?

What would your life be like today??

Would it be totally different?

Would you be where you are right now, in the exact space sitting and reading this??

Here again lies the very important question...

What if you had that decision to make again??

What would you do??

Would you take the other path because of what you know now, or would you think it would be too late in time to go down the other path all together??

Your mind will probably and inevitably tell you not to do it...Not to do it because you are comfortable in life and doing something different may bring you down a path of uncomfortableness and anxiety may set in.

But is that not how we grow stronger and learn things about ourselves by doing or trying things we never thought possible? Pushing one's self to the limit and going beyond our normal comfort zone!!!!!

In life, there is an old cliche' that I know... It is "Where there is a will, there is a way".

I truly believe if you want something bad enough, you can do it and achieve it. You can correct the mistakes of your decisions from the past, and go out and find happiness in the right decision for your future.

It is never too late do anything in life...

You are on this earth for the time period of a blink of an eye in respect to time overall. Everyday we have to make decisions and have choices thrown at us that could hinder our forward motion or even change the course of our lives all together.

When entering into a decision, make sure it is the right one. Make sure that you play out your answer a year from now, or even ten or twenty years from now.

But if you find yourself in that position of wondering "What if", then usually you have made the wrong decision to begin with, and must correct it so you can live in peace not only now, but for your future as well...

Funny video 4..................!!!

Wise Man.......!!! {good story}

Ten people were going from one village to another. On the way they had to cross a river. After crossing they wanted to be sure all were there. Each one started counting but counted only nine. They were very distraught and began to cry for the loss of the tenth.

A wise man came along and asked them, "Oh my dear friends, why are you crying?"

"We were ten but now we are only nine," they replied.

The wise man saw they were ten, so he asked them to count. Each counted nine but left out himself. Then the wise man made them stand and count, and he said to the last person, "You are the tenth!"

And they all rejoiced for having regained the tenth.

Similarly the five senses and the four inner faculties (mind, intellect, memory, ego) all lament when they lose sight of the Self. Then the Master comes and shows you that You are the tenth!

Count, but never stop until you find the tenth. The joy is in finding the Ever Present.

With the knowledge of the Self inside, everything is truly joyful.
